Continuing:

• Picked up my mother from work (in her car)


• Cut the staves to length for fence posts


• Found 3 eggs that my father had set down “in a safe place” a few days ago


• Sharpened one fencepost


• Replaced one old rotting fence post with a new one


• Checked to make sure that the heifers hadn't gotten out while I had the power off to the fence


• Gathered more eggs

Total number of eggs gathered today: 27
