By the light of the moon

It's one of those joys of living in the countryside. You arrive home in the evening, when the moon is just past full. You pull into the driveway and turn off the headlights, and the land around you is clearly lit.

And so is that heifer standing right beside your vehicle...

I'll have to re-check the fence in the morning. Couldn't see anything obvious tonight, even by the bright moonlight.

Gave me my first belly laugh of the day!

I miss the countryside lit by the moon. Here we are surrounded by street-lighting that drowns the sky out. Roll on when I can get back to the country living I crave. *sigh*
