fitzwWe took our second test this morning, for advancing to Gold Sash.
There were initially supposed to be 10 adults testing (after the Junior test, which had 10 students). Because of injuries and schedule conflicts, however, there were only three of us:![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
helwen, Jeni D., and myself. helwen and I were testing for Gold Sash (2nd rank), and Jeni D. was testing for Gold Sash with Black Stripe (3rd rank).
Were we perfect? No. (I struck a folding chair at one point with my staff — I petted it afterward to make sure that it was OK ;-) ).
Did we pass? Yes, and I believe that our performance was more than adequate to pass.
Shifu Lee had some compliments, some criticisms, and a fair helping of advice for us, both during and after the test. In general, his tone was positive.
I'm happy, tired, and sore. And ready for more classes (once I've rested).
