fitzwThis is not the time of year for this, but I found this copy of the recipe from 2013, so I thought that I would post it here.
Old family Ginger Water recipe:
1 cup medium maple syrup, ⅓ c vinegar, ¼ tsp ginger, and enough water to fill the white pitcher...
( The white pitched held about 3 qts of liquid. )
