fitzw | Ah, Ypocras

Ypocras (or hippocras) is one of my favorite drinks. I usually like it made with grape juice and red wine vinegar, rather than from red wine, but it's pretty good either way.

I've found a new wrinkle on it, though. The ypocras that I have was getting a little strong towards the end, so I added some pomegranate/cranberry juice to it.

Now, there is a great taste!
